During the first quarter of 2024, Aon and its colleagues were recognized for achievements around the world in the work we do to help our clients make better decisions to protect and grow their businesses.

- Sixty-five Aon colleagues were named to Risk and Insurance’s 2024 Power Brokers list. Among these colleagues, Risk and Insurance shared profiles on Sophia Turner, broker; Kerri Leahy, senior casualty specialist; Brian DeBruin, managing director; Stephen Kyriacou, managing director and senior lawyer; Jeff Lee, vice president; and Jason Peery, executive vice president, gaming practice leader.
- Women We Admire named Tricia Blair, chief digital officer, to the Top 25 Women Chief Digital Officers of 2024. The organization also named Jill Anhalt, business services specialist for Commercial Risk Solutions, to the Top 50 Women Chief Administration Officers of 2024.
- Jacintha Borg, regional director and national director for agribusiness, was named to Insurance Business’ Elite Women 2024 for Australia and New Zealand. Read more about Jacintha’s career here.

- Colleagues Rachel Perry, chief innovation officer for Commercial Risk Solutions in North America; Jacqueline Waters, managing partner and practice leader; and Kristin Kraeger, business leader for Commercial Risk Solutions, were named to the Insurance Business America’s Hot 100 of 2024 list.
