One big thing: For the 17th year in a row, Aon has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2025 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and was awarded an Equality 100 Award.
- The CEI is the premier benchmarking tool in the U.S. measuring corporate policies and practices that support LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. Aon joins 765 U.S. businesses honored as Leaders in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.
- Lisa Stevens, chief administrative officer and executive sponsor of the U.S. pride alliance at Aon, "I'm thrilled we have achieved the highest score in the Human Rights Campaign's CEI for 2025. This recognition demonstrates to all our current and prospective colleagues that we are committed to a culture of inclusion where all the LGBTQ+ community can feel safe, valued and that they belong. Our Pride network has built an exceptional community of support and celebration and I’d like to thank them for all their wonderful work."
Why it matters: At Aon, we believe cultivating a culture of inclusion and belonging – where diverse views and experiences are welcome and where every colleague has an opportunity to grow – is key to our ability to attract and retain clients and colleagues.
