Aon recently announced it is further accelerating its Aon United strategy by aligning its content and creation capabilities around two primary categories of client need: Risk Capital and Human Capital.

• Andy Marcell, named CEO of Risk Capital: Marcell will oversee Commercial Risk, Reinsurance and advanced risk analytics capabilities.
• Lambros Lambrou, named CEO of Human Capital: Lambrou will have responsibility for newly integrated Health, Wealth and Talent Solutions.
