Aon Ireland Recognized by the Irish Centre for Diversity
April 06, 2022

Aon Ireland recently achieved the Investors in Diversity Gold Accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity. Aon previously earned a Bronze Accreditation in November 2019 and Silver in July 2020 and is now one of four organizations in Ireland to have been awarded Gold.

In order to gain a Gold Investors in Diversity mark, organizations must conduct an in-depth self-assessment of their practices around the center's Five Principle Pillars:

  • Diverse and Inclusive Leadership
  • Policies, Procedures, Processes
  • Recruitment, Retention and Progression
  • Recording and Monitoring
  • Impact on External Diversity

This recognition is a testament to our commitment to build a safe and engaged culture. In the past year, Aon colleagues in Ireland created five business resource groups: Gender IQ, Mental Health Network, Multicultural Network, Parents and Careers, and Pride Alliance. In addition, Aon Ireland established the Irish Inclusive Leadership Council and set out its inclusion and diversity (I&D) agenda to make our firm an even more safe place to work where all colleagues can be their authentic selves.
