Aon, Google, Ahold Delhaize and BlackRock sponsored the celebration for the American Chamber of Commerce’s (AmCham) 60th Anniversary in the Netherlands. At the celebration, H.M. King Willem-Alexander acknowledged the importance of the Dutch-American business relationship.

The keynote speakers included Aon Inpoint Chief Marketing Officer and Chairman of the Executive Board at Aon Holdings, Marguerite Soeteman-Reijnen. The event focused on the next 60 years for AmCham, and keynote speakers discussed priorities for the Dutch-American business community including sustainability, diversity and inclusion, innovation and business community collaboration.

Additional attendees included Jan Anthonie Bruijn, president of the Dutch Senate; Micky Adriaansens, minister of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy; Marnix van Rij, state secretary for Tax Affairs and the Tax Administration; and Marja Verloop, chargé d’affaires a.i. of the U.S. Embassy, along with 550 senior executive guests.
