One big thing: Aon was a global festival partner for the Dive In Festival, which took place from Sept. 26-28, 2023.

• Many Aon leaders spoke at events during the festival, including:
  • Rachel Fellowes, chief wellbeing officer, spoke about strengthening mental and emotional wellbeing;
  • Rachel Perry, chief innovation officer, North America Commercial Risk Solutions, who spoke with other chief innovation officers at the U.S. opening event;
  • Sheila Garcia, associate director for Commercial Risk Solutions in Brazil, who shared her views on the inclusion of young talent;
  • Alberto Saiu, chief business development director for Commercial Risk Solutions in Italy, who discussed wellbeing and inclusion; and
  • Helena Dashwood, client executive for Commercial Risk Solutions in Australia, who addressed innovation in inclusion and diversity.

Aon colleagues from around the world organized events, participated as speakers, hosts and panelists, and attended the festival.

Zoom out: Dive In is the insurance industry’s leading festival for inclusion and diversity. The theme for 2023 was “Unlocking Innovation: The Power of Inclusion,” where they explored how diverse perspectives can help to unlock innovation that addresses some of the world's biggest challenges.
