One big thing: Aon has been named one of America’s Best Employers for Women by Forbes. The list — now in its seventh year — recognizes organizations making progress in growing the ranks of women in leadership roles, closing the gender wage gap and creating a more equitable workplace for women.
- Aon ranked 155 out of 600 companies and was in seventh place among professional services firms.
- Forbes and Statista asked over 150,000 women, who work at companies with at least 1,000 employees in the U.S., rank their employer in key areas including working environment, pay equity and parental leave.
