One big thing: For the 16th consecutive year, Aon received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index (CEI) and was awarded a Equality 100 Award.

- Established in the U.S., the Corporate Equality Index is the country’s foremost benchmarking survey and report for LGBTQ+ workplace equality. This year, the criteria for the index was tougher, ensuring organizations’ policies and practices continue to change with the times and demonstrate inclusivity.
