• At the Inside P&C Honors awards, hosted by Inside P&C, Aon was recognized as the Employer of the Year for Aon’s workplace. Jennifer Bell, CEO of North America, was acknowledged as runner up with the highest Commendation for the Women in Insurance Award amongst an impressive field of candidates.
• Two Aon colleagues, Rachel Perry, chief innovation officer of Commercial Risk Solutions in North America, and Deborah Peters, regional director, central region for Commercial Risk Solutions in the UK, were named to the 2022 Business Insurance Women to Watch list. Business Insurance recognizes women leaders doing outstanding work in risk management and commercial insurance globally.
• In the UK, Aon appeared for the first time on The Times Top 100 Graduate Employers list for 2022. The rankings are determined from the responses of more than 12,000 final year students from 30 top UK universities, who were asked which employer they thought offers the best opportunities for graduates.
