Crain’s Chicago Business has named Andrea O'Leary, Aon’s Global Senior Director, Culture and Change, as one of Chicago’s Notable Executives in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). This honor recognizes executives who have advanced DEI practices professionally while also serving as leaders in civic or community initiatives.

The 39 honorees demonstrated that they made an impact in advancing DEI at their organizations and in the workplace. O'Leary leads Aon's global initiatives to drive culture transformation, and she is one of 20 leaders on Aon's Global Inclusive Leadership Council.
