Katherine Conway, head of diversity, inclusion and community affairs at Aon, has been named to the 2021 d&i Leaders Inspirational list, which recognizes leaders nominated by more than 350 international diversity and inclusion professionals. As part of the d&i Leaders Global Benchmarking Survey 2021, professionals were asked to share the diversity and inclusion leader who inspired them the most. Updated annually, the list recognizes inspiring people accelerating workplace inclusion across the globe.

Conway joined Aon in 2010. Based in the UK, her role spans global inclusion and diversity (I&D) issues, supporting UK, EMEA and APAC.
