One big thing: Aon today released the firm’s 2023 Impact Report, highlighting our efforts to make better decisions for a better world.  

Key highlights from the report include:

• Environmental: Aon is committed to achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2030. The firm continues to work to manage its total footprint through key drivers of travel, commute, real estate, investments and supply chain, with support from Aon Business Services and Aon’s flexible Smart Working strategy.
• Social: Aon’s colleagues are at the heart of everything the firm does, and our Aon United strategy is designed to attract, retain, develop, reward and support colleagues. As of December 2023, colleague engagement remained at 80 percent, in line with Aon’s all-time highest score. 
• Governance: The firm’s board regularly reviews ESG risks and, the firm’s governance structures continue to help Aon make better decisions, manage risk and improve the way we serve our clients.

Aon CEO Greg Case, said, “Our 2023 report highlights progress against our global strategy, how we are helping our clients address environmental and social challenges, and the difference we’re making in communities around the world through our volunteer, mentorship and apprenticeship programs.”
