One big thing: During the second quarter of 2025, Aon and its colleagues were recognized for achievements around the world in the work we do to help our clients make better decisions to protect and grow their businesses.
Awards for Aon:
- At the Insurance Insider ILS Awards, Aon Securities won Broker-Dealer of the Year and Closing the Protection Gap for the Puerto Rico Parametric Re Ltd. Transaction where Aon Securities was the sole structuring agent and bookrunner.
- Aon was named Best Trade Credit Insurance Broker at Global Trade Review’s Leaders in Trade Awards. The firm was also shortlisted for Best Political Risk Insurance Broker.
- At the Corporate Advisor Awards, Aon won Ultimate Default Fund for the Managed Core Retirement Pathway.
- At the 2025 Institute of Student Employers Awards, Aon won for Outstanding Employer and Solution Provider Recruitment Partnership in collaboration with Connectr. The firm was highly commended for Best Graduate Development Program for the UK and EMEA launch programs.
- The Times listed Aon as one of the Top 100 Graduate Employers for 2025.
- Aon was ranked 19th by Great Place To Work on the Best Workplaces Switzerland list. The list celebrates Aon’s supportive environment, professional growth and work/life balance.
- At the Insurance Business Australia Awards 2025, Aon was recognized for excellence in diversity, equity and inclusion.
- At Professional Pensions’ UK Pensions Awards 2025, Aon won the Diversity and Inclusion Excellence Award, Alternative and Private Markets Investment Manager of the Year and was a joint winner for Run-on Provider/Adviser of the Year.
- Aon’s Dublin office was recognized for excellence in sustainability and workplace wellbeing, achieving LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certifications.
- At the Telly Awards, Aon won gold for the People's Telly — Branded Content and silver for Branded Partnership and Sports for the PGA TOUR golf partnerships content.
Awards for Aon Colleagues:
- Carrie Burgess, senior ongoing operations manager, was named Best Support Person of the Year at the ACT Insurance Awards.
- Shannon Montgomery, assistant vice president, was named among the Top 50 Women Leaders of Vancouver by Women We Admire.
- Randy Nornes, executive vice president and enterprise client partner, received the Harry and Dorothy Goodell Award, at RIMS.
- Melissa Salo, chief procurement officer, was ranked number 53 on the Top 100 Women of 2025 by Procurement Magazine.
- Three colleagues from the captives business, Ciarán Healy, global head of captives, Nancy Gray, regional managing director for Americas, and Grainne Richmond, head of captives for Bermuda, were recognized in Captive Review’s Power 50 2025 List.
- Two colleagues, Gina Coyer, senior vice president and account executive at Aon, and Kelsey Cleary, managing director at NFP, were recognized by Business Insurance at the Break Out Awards 2025.
