Awards for Aon:  

• Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions team was named Cyber Reinsurance Broker of the Year at the Intelligent Insurer Cyber Insurance Awards.
• The Los Angeles Business Journal placed Aon on the list of Top Employee Benefits Firms for 2025. 
• Aon earned the top spot on Zywave’s 2024 Pacesetter Index, which honors innovation and leadership in the property and casualty insurance industry.
• At the Cigna Healthcare Broker Awards, Aon Middle East received multiple honors, including Cigna Partner of the Year, Global Care Retention Broker of the Year – Corporate and Global Partner of the Year.
• Aon has been recognized as a Top Employer in Latin America for the third consecutive year, a global certification that honors companies with outstanding human resources practices worldwide.

Awards for our colleagues:

• Edmund Reese, executive vice president and CFO at Aon, and Jane Kielty, UK CEO of Aon, recognized by Insurance Business on its list of the Best Insurance Professionals and Brokers Worldwide.
• Tricia Blair, chief digital officer at Aon Affinity, ranked third on the 2025 list of The Top 25 Women Chief Digital Officers by Women We Admire.
• Stacy Parker, managing director of the financial services group at Aon, was named to Insurance Business’s Elite Women: Women Leaders in Insurance in the USA list.
• Melissa Salo, chief procurement officer at Aon, was named one of Procurement Magazine’s Top 100 Women for 2025.
• Two Aon colleagues, Helen Lockwood, head of strategic platforms and technical at Aon, and Mary-Catherine Hamill, specialty solutions placement leader at Aon, were named to Insurance Business’s Elite Women: Inspiring Female Leaders in Insurance in Asia-Pacific list.
• Elizabeth Rohlfs, senior account executive for Commercial Risk Solutions at Aon, was named to Captive International’s prestigious Forty Under 40 list.
