Aon has been listed for the second year in a row as one of Europe’s most inclusive companies — as ranked by employees. The Financial Times assesses 850 employers on diversity of gender, age, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation in their workforces.
“It’s such an honor to receive this recognition as it reflects the views of my colleagues and peers from across Europe. We’ve worked hard at Aon to drive an inclusive culture, where everyone feels valued and included, which as been more important than ever this year given the additional challenges we’ve faced,” said Katherine Conway, head of diversity & inclusion and community affairs, Aon UK.
