Aon’s Q4 2022 Global Market Insights Report evaluated how challenges including geopolitical events and inflation have affected the insurance market over the last year.

• There was a deceleration of hard market trends and additional capacity mobilized from new markets, along with continued scrutiny and rigor in underwriting practices.
• Some placements renewed with increased limits while other limits were restored from reductions in 2020 and 2021. There was also a return to coverage stability and broader terms were achieved.
