Aon’s Global Risk Management Survey gathers input from thousands of risk managers across 60 countries/territories and 16 industries every two years to identify key risks and challenges their organizations are facing. This year’s findings shed light on the interconnectivity of risks, showcasing the ripple effect that the COVID-19 pandemic had across all types of threats. But the biggest takeaway: cyber risk topped this year’s survey as the #1 global concern. It is the first time cyber risk topped the list since the inception of the survey.
On the latest episode of the “On Aon” podcast, host Joey Raheb is joined by Chief Operating Officer and Head of Strategic Client Advisory for Aon’s Large Account Segment, Rory Moloney. Together, they dive into:
- Why cyber risk topped this year’s survey results;
- What risks surprisingly didn’t crack the top 10;
- Why the Global Risk Management Survey was created; and
- How Aon uses the data in the survey to help clients make better decisions.
