Aon’s Diverse Talent Initiative, created by colleagues who are passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion across the firm, is helping to create a more diversified talent pipeline for the firm. As part of this initiative, Aon is working with six universities, five of which are Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), to create new opportunities and programs for students.
On the latest episode of the “On Aon” podcast, host Kevin Johnson is joined by Vice President, Global Early Careers - Growth and Partnerships, Meghan Parrilla, and Early Careers Diversity and Partnership Lead, Josh Williams, to discuss Aon’s Diverse Talent Initiative and share an update on its success. Together, they also dive into:

- Aon’s work with Historically Black Colleges and Universities; and
- The recent announcement from Aon, Brooklyn College’s Murray Koppelman School of Business and The Spencer Educational Foundation.
