One big thing: In the first half of 2026, Aon and our colleagues were recognized globally for their impact in helping clients make better decisions to protect and grow their businesses.
Awards for Aon:
- The Wall Street Journal named Aon to the Best Companies for the Future 2026 list, which recognizes organizations for their capabilities across AI readiness, innovation, talent readiness, financial fitness, resilience and agility.
- Aon was recognized on Fast Company’s 2026 World Changing Ideas List for our work developing a catastrophe bond with the World Bank and the Government of Jamaica.
- Forbes named Aon to their Global 2000 List, which ranks the largest public companies globally based on sales, profits, assets and market value.
- Aon won Best Trade Credit Insurance Broker at the GTR Leaders in Trade 2026 Awards.
- Aon was named Best Healthcare Adviser at the 2026 Corporate Adviser Awards.
- The Impact Forecasting team won Catastrophe Risk Modelling Solution of the year and Climate Risk Initiative of the year award at the Insurance ERM Awards Americas 2026.
- Aon was named Cyber Insurance Broker of the Year at the 2026 Intelligent Insurer Cyber Insurance Awards USA.
- At the 2026 Intelligent Insurer Cyber Insurance Awards Europe, Aon won Cyber Insurance Carrier of the Year and Cyber Reinsurance Broker of the Year.
Awards for our colleagues:
- Ciarán Healy, global head of captives, was named among the top 10 in Captive Review’s 2026 Power 50 list.
- Grace Norgaard, vice president and team leader for cyber solutions, was named a Rising Star in Cyber Insurance at the 2026 Intelligent Insurer Cyber Insurance Awards USA.
- James Gatoff, global chief strategic marketing officer, was named to the Financial Narrative 50 list.
- Melissa Salo, global chief procurement officer and head of real estate, was recognized in Procurement Magazine's Top 100 Women in Procurement list.
- Michael Douglas, business development director, was named an ICCIE Fellow and received the Captive Insurance Education Leader Award at the International Center for Captive Insurance Education 2026 Awards.
- Nancy Gray, regional managing director, Americas, received the Outstanding Contribution Award at the Captive Review USA 2026 Awards, recognizing her dedication to advancing the U.S. captive insurance industry.
