Industry trade publication PLANSPONSOR recently highlighted new leaders dedicated to clients of Aon’s pooled employer plan (PEP) in the United States. This news follows their coverage of Chris Han and his new role as director of PEP 401(k) sales at Aon, highlighted in the last talent update.

• Thomas Geraghty, sales executive, Aon PEP, is based in North Carolina and will cover the Mid-Atlantic and southeast territories, bringing 27 years of retirement plan experience to the firm.
• Alexander Xie, sales executive, Aon PEP, is based in Utah. Xie has been with Aon since 2010 and has worked as an actuary and retirement plan strategist within the firm’s Wealth Solutions, helping design, build and launch the Aon PEP.

Aon launched the pooled employer plan in the U.S. in 2021 and it reached $1 billion in assets in October 2022. Learn more here.
