Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions recently announced a new structure within its claims and contracts team, which provides Aon’s clients with claims advocacy and contract wordings capabilities, as well as advanced data analysis and operational insights. The new composition of the team, led by Leonora Siccardi, Aon’s global chief operating officer of Reinsurance Solutions, is designed to drive additional value for clients by helping navigate complex claims, contract wording and operational improvements on a global level.

New roles on the team include:

• Marnie Hunt, global head of contracts: Hunt has taken an expanded role to oversee the development of Reinsurance Solutions’ global wordings proposition.
• David Griffiths, global strategy and delivery leader: In Griffiths’ new role, he will work to promote and leverage the firm’s capabilities for the benefit of clients.
• Ann Field, head of claims advocacy, Americas: Field has been named to this new role after serving as Aon’s head of client services for North America.
• Eric Walker, U.S. head of contracts: In his new role, Walker will be responsible for coordinating all U.S.-placed treaty business.
