Hewitt Associates Named as a Top Company for Executive Women
The National Association for Female Executives Honors 50 Companies Dedicated to the Advancement of Women

Some of the programs and benefits Hewitt offers include:

- Menttium®: A formal mentoring program for high-potential, high-performing corporate women. This is Hewitt's fourth year participating in the program.
- Working Parents Associate Network Group: A group that provides programming and networking for working parents.
- Family-Friendly Benefits: Hewitt offers programs including back-up childcare, college coaching, overnight and sick dependent care, day care discounts and on-site health clinics and pharmacies.
NAFE will honor the Top Companies at a luncheon at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City on March 25. Kristi Savacool, senior vice president of Hewitt's large market benefits outsourcing business, will accept the award on Hewitt's behalf.
