Lincolnshire, IL (November 1, 2011) – Aon Hewitt, the global human resources outsourcing and consulting company of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AON), today announced that Kathleen Strukoff was promoted to market leader for Arizona, New Mexico and Nevada.
In her new role, Strukoff will address human capital challenges by sharing thought leadership on talent, employee engagement, benefits, leadership development and employee communications. She spent 15 years of her career with Aon Hewitt as an account executive working with some of the firm’s largest clients.
Previously, Strukoff worked as a human resources professional at Public Service Company of New Mexico, and Moncor Bank and Broadway Department Stores. She is a native New Mexican and has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and employee benefits.
She earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the Robert O. Anderson School of Management at the University of New Mexico, and is certified as both a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist. Previously, Strukoff served on the Society for Human Resource Management’s national Total Rewards panel and continues as an active member.
