Lincolnshire, IL (November 1, 2011) – Aon Hewitt, the global human resources outsourcing and consulting company of Aon Corporation (NYSE: AON), today announced that Chuck Yen joined the company as principal in the executive compensation and governance consulting practice.

In his new role with Aon Hewitt, Yen will be responsible for helping grow the executive compensation consulting business in the Midwest. He brings practice management experience and a strong entrepreneurial approach to client service delivery, balancing innovative and practical solutions. For the last 15 years, Yen served as a trusted business advisor to boards of directors and executive management by developing effective pay programs critical to business success.   Most recently, he led the compensation and benefits practice at Grant Thornton where he expanded service capabilities and business development activities.

Yen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from DePaul University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business with concentrations in finance and strategy.

Yen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the National Association of Corporate Directors, the National Association of Stock Plan Professionals and the Society for Human Resource Management. Yen will be based in Aon Hewitt’s Lincolnshire office.
