TORONTO, October 28, 2011 — The Association of Canadian Pension Management (ACPM), the leading advocacy body representing the retirement industry in Canada, has chosen Rosalind Gilbert as the recipient of its annual award for exceptional volunteerism. Ms. Gilbert is an actuary and vice president in the Vancouver office of Aon Hewitt, the global human resource consulting and outsourcing business of Aon Corporation (NYSE:AON).

Over the past 35 years the Association of Canadian Pension Management (ACPM) has earned the reputation of being the leading advocacy body representing the retirement industry in Canada. The dedication and commitment of ACPM’s member volunteers is at the very root of ACPM’s success as a national organization. Ms. Gilbert is a director on the ACPM Board and a long-serving member of the ACPM National Policy Committee. She was also the first chairperson of the ACPM BC Regional Council, where she continues to be a council member.
