Greg Case, president & CEO, Aon plc, said “We pride ourselves on fostering a work environment where opportunity and success are defined by one’s character and capability, and we are committed to driving this environment of inclusion across our 72,000 global colleagues.”

Jim Herbert, chief development officer, Aon Risk Solutions EMEA, added: “To be recognised as an ally in the OUTstanding list is a proud achievement, but what is more important is our day-to-day work in being respectful to and thoughtful for all our colleagues.  I’m passionate that no one feels they have to leave a part of themselves behind when they come to work.  As LGBT allies, it’s our duty to be visible and speak out in support of all colleagues, whatever their gender identity or sexual orientation.”
