LONDON (November 25, 2016) – Aon today announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Admix, a leading health and benefits brokerage and solutions firm in Brazil. Financial terms were not disclosed and the acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval.
“The private health insurance market in Brazil has shown steady growth in recent years despite challenging macroeconomic conditions.
