LONDON (29 November 2016) – Aon plc (NYSE:AON) has announced that it has been appointed by Esselte Trustees Limited to provide bundled DC services to the Esselte Group (UK) Benefits Plan.

Esselte is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of office products and business supplies, with subsidiaries in 25 countries and sales in over 120 countries. Aon will be providing the DC section of Esselte’s pension scheme with investment management and member administration services through Aon's recently launched delegated DC services for own trust-based schemes.

Richard Startin, chair of the Esselte Trustee board, said:
“In light of recent regulatory changes to UK pensions, we were very keen to ensure our members had the ability to generate the best possible retirement outcomes for themselves.  In order to achieve this we wanted to provide them with access to modern DC services and sophisticated investment funds, which are simple for our members to access. Having considered the options available in the marketplace, Aon’s delegated DC bundled solution offered us the opportunity to do just that, in a way that delivers excellent value to Esselte and its membership."
