New Aon assessment platform improves candidate experience
Prelude helps companies enhance their employment brand and increase retention of new hires

 

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. (April 25, 2017) – Aon plc (NYSE: AON) today announced the launch of the Prelude™, an online assessment platform that personalizes the candidate experience and offers a significant return on investment for employers.   

The Prelude platform streamlines the candidate experience by integrating Aon’s multiple scientifically-proven assessment tests into a single immersive, engaging, online experience. Organizations can customize the experience to align with their employment brands and provide candidates with a fuller understanding of the hiring organization and position. Available via mobile devices, Prelude makes the assessment process more accessible to a broader pool of job candidates.
