LONDON, Aug. 3, 2020 – Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions, has appointed Catherine Turner as Head of UK Property, and co-leader with Richard Evans of its UK & Ireland and Specialty Casualty business in its Reinsurance Solutions business.

Catherine will report to Peter Stubbings, Reinsurance Solutions’ Chief Executive Officer of Global ReSpecialty.

Catherine has more than 20 years’ experience in property reinsurance, and has worked on both the broking and underwriting side of the business.  Most recently, she was Head of International Property Treaty, London, for AXA XL, and was previously an Executive Director in the UK & Ireland team at Willis Re. Catherine has also held positions at Trans Re and QBE Re, underwriting property treaty business.
