CHICAGO, Aug. 2, 2021 – Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions, today announced that Tasha Barbour has joined the Managed Care team of Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions in the United States.

Based in Kansas City, Missouri, in her position as Managing Director Barbour will focus primarily on new business development, including bringing innovative reinsurance and stop-loss solutions to support a variety of Managed Care organizations nationally. She will report to Christina Mendez, Aon’s National Managed Care Reinsurance Practice Leader.

Barbour joins Aon from reinsurer PartnerRe, where she was Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer. An accomplished underwriter with extensive Managed Care expertise, she will support Aon’s evolving healthcare market opportunities, such as those focused on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Innovation Programs. Barbour previously worked at Swiss Re, GE Insurance and KPMG.
