LONDON, 22 May 2023 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced the evolution of its Reinsurance Solutions’ Claims and Contracts team with a new structure, including several colleagues taking on expanded roles.

Reinsurance Solutions’ Claims and Contracts team provides clients and trading partners with Aon’s claims advocacy and contract wordings expertise, as well as advanced data analysis and operational insights. The new structure’s goal is to drive additional value for clients and trading partners, who can benefit from Reinsurance Solutions’ ability to strategically navigate complex claims, contract wording and operational improvements at a global level.

As part of the structural changes, Marnie Hunt, global head of contracts, has taken an extended role to oversee the development of Reinsurance Solutions’ global wordings proposition, including strategically utilising expertise from across the international team to benefit clients. Ann Field, head of client services for North America, expands her role to become head of claims advocacy for Americas. Steve Clark, head of client services, UK, has assumed the additional role of head of International claims advocacy. David Griffiths has been promoted to global strategy and delivery leader. David will work closely with Marnie, Ann and Steve to promote and leverage Aon’s global expertise and capabilities for the benefit of our clients and trading partners. They will report to Leonora Siccardi, Reinsurance Solutions’ global chief operating officer.

The following colleagues will also have new roles:

• Jenne Hahn has become International head of contracts, coordinating all non-U.S.-placed treaty business;
• Eric Walker has been named U.S. head of contracts, coordinating all U.S.-placed treaty business;
• Briana Hogan has become U.S. contracts lead for Florida-related business, and lead for legal documents to which Aon is a party;
• Matt Moore continues as head of treaty claims, collateral and legacy markets for North America;
• John Kinsella continues as head of facultative claims for North America;
• Alan Schultz continues as head of accounting for North America; 
• Ben Lastauskas has been named head of global facultative claims for London placements, while remaining as head of facultative client services advocacy in the UK; and
• Mehmet Shukri becomes deputy head of claims, UK.

Siccardi said: “Our new global structure is designed to enhance Reinsurance Solutions’ advocacy proposition. The aim is to drive further value for our clients and trading partners in a challenging economic environment by helping them navigate volatility and build resilience by utilising our global capabilities and expertise. The new structure will also allow us to evolve our proposition to clients and continue to differentiate Reinsurance Solutions in a competitive marketplace.”
