LONDON, 10 Oct. 2025 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today named Simon Chisholm as Chairman of Asia for Reinsurance Solutions, effective January 1, 2026.
In this role, Chisholm will lead the Reinsurance Solutions’ Global Clients Segment for the Asia region, with a continued focus on deepening relationships with key clients in Japan and Thailand. With nearly four decades of experience — including leadership roles supporting Aon’s largest global reinsurance clients — Chisholm brings a unique ability to align client needs with strategic solutions across diverse markets in Asia, Europe, and the U.S.
His appointment reinforces Aon’s commitment to delivering tailored insights and value to multinational clients navigating complex risk landscapes. Based in Singapore, Chisholm will report to Soeren Soltysiak, CEO of Reinsurance Solutions in Asia.
