LONDON, March 11, 2026 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced that Uday Tank and Tom Langley-Poole have been appointed as brokers in the firm’s Reinsurance Solutions Credit and Financial Risks team.

Based in London, Tank joins from the Phoenix Group, where he was a senior credit risk manager, while Langley-Poole joins from Allianz Trade, where he was a global program director. Each brings around 15 years of industry experience to Aon, with collective skills spanning the direct credit, insurance and reinsurance sectors.

Their significant knowledge of the market will complement Aon’s reinsurance expertise to deliver holistic value and insights to clients that drive better business decisions.

Both Tank and Langley-Poole will report to Rupert Evans, international head of Credit and Financial Risks Reinsurance, and will work with clients and reinsurance markets on a global basis.
