CHICAGO, Oct. 7, 2026 - Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm, today announced that Denise Perlman will serve as Executive Managing Director and Middle Market Segment Leader for Reinsurance in addition to her responsibilities as Aon’s representative in the Integration Management Office (IMO) for the firm’s proposed acquisition of USI.

In this expanded role, Perlman will focus on helping middle market insurers pursue growth, strengthen distribution strategies and emphasize differentiation in a competitive marketplace. Perlman will also support strategic client engagement and industry thought leadership, while helping to advance how the firm innovates on behalf of clients to meet their needs.

As Aon’s representative on the IMO Leadership Team, Perlman is working with leaders across Aon, NFP and USI to prepare for the close of the transaction and the opportunity to establish the premier U.S. middle market platform. Previously, Perlman served as CEO of Middle Market for North America, Aon. Prior to joining Aon in 2025, Perlman served as the President for National Business Insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency, LLC, where she led growth, specialized industry practices and the development of differentiated products and programs for small and mid-sized clients. She began her career in the industry in 2002 at Markel Corporation, where she held various senior leadership roles.
