Green Bay, Wis., April 23, 2009 – Aon Corporation today announced the appointment of Patrick Georgia to their new corporate Health & Benefits Solutions team.  Georgia will serve in this capacity in addition to his role as employee benefits practice leader for the Aon Green Bay office.

“As the cost of health care continues to rise, employers are seeking innovative and cost-efficient employee benefits solutions,” Georgia said.  “The team will focus on providing employee benefit solutions that drive engagement, improve wellness and help participants manage chronic conditions.”

Prior to Aon, Patrick spent six years at Associated Financial Corp. (formerly known as Jabas & Associates), and nine years at Humana in different leadership roles.  Preceding his insurance industry experience, Patrick served in management positions in the paper manufacturing and converting industries for thirteen years, a prevalent Northeastern Wisconsin industry.  Patrick received his M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh and his undergraduate degree from St. Norbert College.
