National Apprenticeship Week is Here: Here’s How Aon is Celebrating
November 17, 2021

Our recently expanded U.S. apprenticeship program is a great example of how we’re devoted to building a talent pipeline of highly skilled, resilient and diverse professionals.

In honor of National Apprenticeship Week (Nov. 15-21) in the U.S., we are recognizing our apprentices around the world. The Aon Apprenticeship Program provides participants with the opportunity to earn a competitive salary while studying for a degree or qualification at the same time.

National Apprenticeship Week is a U.S.-wide celebration where industry, labor, equity, workforce, education and government leaders host events to showcase the successes and value of apprenticeships for growing our economy, advancing racial and gender equity and supporting underserved communities. Aon is a founding member of several U.S. city Apprentice Networks and is hosting events around the country to celebrate the week.
