The Harvard Business Review highlighted alternate ways for workers without a traditional four-year degree to have a pathway to a well-paying and satisfying career through apprenticeship programs.

• The article featured insights from Greg Case, Aon CEO, regarding Aon’s Apprenticeship Program, which has broadened the firm’s talent pool, increased diversity and created a more resilient workforce.
