Celebrating 2022 with a Sampling of Media Highlights from Across the Firm

As 2022 comes to a close, we are taking a look back on just a few of the many accomplishments this year:

  • Aon won the Best Branding Campaign B2B Award for our global Aon Story campaign in the 2022 Digiday Awards, which honor excellence in advertising and marketing from the past year to highlight industry-leading work. The Aon Story Campaign highlights how Aon shapes decisions for the better and protects and enriches the lives of people around the world. Learn more here.
  • Aon celebrated National Apprenticeship Week in the U.S., showcasing the successes and value of registered apprenticeship programs for rebuilding the economy, advancing racial and gender equality and supporting underserved communities. The Chicago event on Nov. 14, 2022 featured the First Lady of the United States Jill Biden, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, U.S. Secretary of Labor Marty Walsh and U.S. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona.  Learn more about Aon’s apprenticeship program and watch a recording of the Chicago event here.
  • Our “On Aon” podcast became award-winning and took home the gold in the Employee Communications-Audio category at the Financial Communications Society awards, was a finalist in the Employee Communications category of the SABRE awards, received an honorable mention at the Ragan Communications 2022 PR Daily Awards and was shortlisted for the Best Audio Campaign award at the 2022 Digiday awards.   • We announced the winners for the annual Aon Risk Reward Challenge, with Scottie Scheffler as the PGA TOUR winner and Minjee Lee as the LPGA Tour winner. Aon’s Navigating Complexity ad was featured alongside some of the world’s top consumer brands in Ad Age. Aon also won three Telly Awards: gold in the “Promotional Video – Business-to-Business” and silver in “Promotional Video – Sports” categories for the video about the Nicklaus-Jacklin Award presented by Aon, and silver in “Branded Content - Series: Non-scripted/Documentary” for the four-part series exploring some of the most defining decisions in Ryder Cup history (watch episode one, episode two, episode three and
    episode four).
