One big thing: During the second quarter of 2024, Aon and its colleagues around the world were recognized for their achievements in helping clients address their biggest needs —from navigating new forms of volatility to building a more resilient workforce.

Recognition for our overall firm:

• At the Telly Awards, Aon won gold in Sports – Social Video for the Aon x The 44th Ryder Cup Defining Decisions Series and for Branded Content – People’s Telly for Aon x The 44th Ryder Cup Defining Decisions Episode 5 with Zach Johnson. The firm won silver for Sports – Branded Content for Aon and The 44th Ryder Cup Defining Decisions Series and Sports – Television for 2023 Aon Risk Reward Challenge for the PGA TOUR and LPGA Tour. • Aon’s UK Pride Alliance Network Business Resource Group (BRG) was named a Top 12 Network Group for 2024 by the British LGBTQIA+ Awards. The BRG was established in 2008 and is passionate about maintaining safe spaces for all colleagues, focusing on LGBTQ+ communities and empowering allies.
• The firm's UK Apprenticeship program was named the Best Apprenticeship in Financial Services by the 2024 Apprenticeship Guide Awards.
• LinkedIn placed Aon 16^th on the list of the 25 best workplaces to grow your career in Ireland.
• Aon won the large company category for recognition, redistribution and renumeration for best strategy regarding gender at the Sou Segura awards.  
• Aon won the Excellence in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award at the 2024 Insurance Business Australia Awards. Aon Australia was also recognized by Insurance Business as a 5-star DE&I award winner for fostering an environment where diversity is visible, valued and sustained.

Recognition for Aon’s Risk Capital capabilities:

• At the GTR Leaders in Trade 2024 Awards, Aon won Best Political Risk Insurance Broker and was shortlisted for Best Trade Credit Insurance Broker.
• At the 2024 Insurance Insider ILS Awards, Aon Securities won the Broker-Deal of the Year and Cyber ILS. The firm was shortlisted for Initiative of the Year for the work with 144A Cyber Cat Bonds.  
• At the 2024 UK Pensions Awards by Professional Pensions, Aon won DC Investment Manager of the Year and Impact Manager of the Year.

Recognition for Aon’s Human Capital capabilities:

• Aon’s Health Risk Analyzer won a 2024 Innovation Award from Business Insurance. The Health Risk Analyzer was one of 10 winners chosen from 50 entries by a panel of risk managers.
• Inventiva named Aon one of the Top 10 Best Talent Management Companies in India for 2024.

Recognition for Aon colleagues:

• Thirty-Four Aon colleagues were named Rising Stars of 2024 from Risk and Insurance.
• Julie Page, CEO of EMEA, was featured in the Insurance Post Power List for 2024. 
• Three Aon colleagues, Nancy Gray, regional managing director for Aon captive and insurance managers; Vincent Barrett, Aon global risk consulting leader for EMEA; and Grainne Richmond, executive vice president and head of captives, were named in the Captive Review Power 50 list.
• Alex Symons, associate director, was named a One to Watch 2024 by Captive Review.
• Ethan Godlieb, cyber broker, was honored as the Oliver Rose British Insurance Brokers’ Association Young Broker of the Year for 2024 by Insurance Business.
