Highlighting Achievements of Colleagues and the Firm

One big thing: During the second quarter of 2023, Aon and its colleagues were recognized for achievements around the globe for helping clients address their biggest needs, from navigating new forms of volatility to building a more resilient workforce.
As a firm:
- Aon won Best Trade Credit Insurance Broker at the GTR Leaders in Trade Awards and was shortlisted for Best Political Risk Insurance Broker. These awards celebrate the achievements of the world's leading trade finance service providers, highlighting excellence in the trade, commodities, supply chain, export finance and fintech markets.
- At the UK Pensions Awards, presented by Professional Pensions, Aon won Fiduciary Manager of the Year. These awards recognize excellence among schemes, consultants, asset managers and providers.
- Aon Spain was named one of the 100 Best Places to Work by Forbes Spain, recognizing our culture and values.
- The firm won 13 Telly Awards for content created as part of Aon’s partnership with the PGA TOUR and the LPGA Tour. Highlights include winning gold in the People's Telly - Branded Content category and bronze in the Diversity and Inclusion - Branded Content category. Aon also won three Telly awards last year.
- In Australia, Aon won the 2023 5-Star Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Award from Insurance Business for the firm’s commitment to creating a winning and inclusive culture where everyone has opportunities for growth and development. This is the second year in a row Aon has won this award.
- Aon was named Corporate Adviser Firm of the Year at the Corporate Adviser Awards, which recognize excellence among advisers and providers in the workplace pensions and benefits sector. See all the winners here.
Among Aon colleagues:
- Two colleagues - Robyn Perkins, program manager, Commercial Risk Solutions, and Travon McCain, associate – portfolio management, were recipients of the Earl G. Graves Legacy Award for 2023 from the Graves Honors Program at Morgan State University. This award is given to outstanding leaders whose contributions to higher education have had a substantial, lasting impact on the academic, social and professional lives of young people.
- Brian Hinman, chief innovation officer, Intellectual Property (IP) Solutions, was named by IAM to its IP Hall of Fame and received the Q. Todd Dickinson Award, which highlights one individual each year who has made an outstanding contribution to IP’s development as a business asset.
