One big thing: Every June, Aon takes time to celebrate the firm’s LGBTQ+ colleagues, clients and communities around the world as part of Pride month. Aon believes that colleagues can only achieve their professional potential when they feel a sense of belonging and are free to bring their authentic selves to work.
- For the 16th consecutive year, Aon received a 100 score on the Human Rights Campaign Foundation's 2023-2024 Corporate Equality Index and was awarded an Equality 100 Award. Read more here.
- At Link's LGBTQ+ Insurance Network 10th Anniversary Awards Gala, Aon was recognized for Outstanding LGBTQ+ Policies and Practices. Read more here.
- Over the holiday season, Aon’s UK Pride Alliance business resource group delivered gifts to Opening Doors members across London. Opening Doors is the largest UK charity that provides events, information and support services to LGBTQ+ people over 50. Read more here.
- Aon’s Impact Report 2023 highlights how the firm exists to make better decisions for a better world. In the report, Leslie Follmer, head of investor relations and ESG at Aon, noted: “Inclusion remains an essential part of our culture, and we continue to take steps to embed inclusive principles and practices throughout our organization.”
